Makes 6 large loaves

2 ½ Quarts liquid
2 Yeast Cakes
6 Tablespoons sugar
3 Tablespoons salt
1 Stick butter
Flour to mix

Mix all ingredients except butter and knead. When almost finished put butter on the bottom of the bowl and knead it in. Let dough rise twice. Put into loaf pans. When doubled bake 400 for 15 minutes, then 350 for 45 minutes
