½ Cup Margarine
½ Cup Shortening
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Egg
2 Cup Flour
½ Teaspoon Soda
½ Teaspoon Cream of Tartar
1 Tea Vanilla

Mix together all ingredients. Roll in balls, roll in flour, place on cookie sheet and flatten with a glass. Bake 375 for 10-12 minutes. Frost with colorful frosting.
