Swiss Rice
1 Cup Uncooked Rice
3 Cups Milk
½ Cup Sugar
½ Teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs Beaten
½ Cup Whipping Cream
1 Teaspoon Almond Extract
Cook rice in milk in top of double boiler until tender. 35 Minutes. Add Sugar, salt, and eggs. Blend well, cool. Whip cream, add almond extract and fold into rice. Chill. Serve with frozen strawberries.
